Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient yard environment, ensuring the safe operation of the yard, and assisting with various tasks related to cleaning and preparing the cars for the yard. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced setting while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Clean vehicles to prep for fluid recovery.
- Drain vehicles to be set in the yard.
- Clean yard/row for vehicles to be set.
- Dismount tires of wheels to be processed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to optimize workflow and address any operational issues
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

- Ability to work outside throughout the year.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety standards in all aspects of work.
