We are thrilled to extend an offer for the full-time contract position of 26ft Box Truck Driver at DEG Logistics. Your anticipated start date is Monday following onboarding, 2024, contingent upon background check, drug screening, etc.. (felony friendly).
Job Details:
- Role: Driver (CDL is a Plus) No CDL Required
- Reporting to: Kevin Williams, Fleet Manager, Proctor
- Experience Required: 3+ years
- Operating and Driving: Operating and driving a 26-foot box truck safely and efficiently.
- Routine Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on the vehicle.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely loading, transporting, and unloading freight to designated locations.
- Route Navigation: Following established routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Location: Workplace Location
- Working Hours: 8-11 hours, Monday-Friday
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $800-$1500 per week (based on experience, performance, mileage, schedule)
- Payment: Weekly, starting on Mondays
- Referrals: Encourage others to join the program, and you’ll earn extra income from their driving. The average referral fee is $500. For instance, if you refer 4 new qualified drivers monthly that are hired and drive for 30 days per, your potential monthly earnings would be: Monthly Earnings= 4×$500=$2000 local or 4x $1000= $4000 otr
- Background Check Required: Through “DEC Second Chance”, DEG companies often evaluate candidates on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the felony, how long ago it occurred, and the candidate’s overall qualifications and rehabilitation efforts.
