We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team. The Shift Lead will be performing the job roles of mainly an Expeditor and Cashier. They will perform the cook role if needed. The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of food orders from the kitchen to the customers. Duties – Coordinate food orders between the back of the house(kitchen) and front of the house (cashiers) – Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers – Communicate effectively with back of the house and front of the house to maintain smooth operations – Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and front counters
Requirements – Experience being a shift lead or manager at in the fast-food/restaurant industry is required- Knowledge of fast food is preferred – Understanding of food safety protocols – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Strong communication skills to interact with kitchen and serving staff effectively – Proficiency in handling food safely and maintaining kitchen hygiene – must have a car for transportation

Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
