Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are met.
• Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
