Responsibilities:
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of RF components and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assembly and Integration: Assemble and integrate RF systems, including Antennas, Amplifiers, Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, and Signal Generators, with precision and attention to detail.
- Repair and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues in RF equipment, employing your hands-on skills to repair and maintain components.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test results, configurations, and reworks, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute your expertise to the company as a whole.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Electronics: An avid interest in building computers, repairing electronics, or engaging in related hobbies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and convey technical information clearly.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure precision in assembly, testing, and documentation.
- Dexterity: Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Assembly: Ability to read and work from detailed drawings.
- Computer skills: To support drawing retrieval, work instructions, and quality documentation.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus, particularly in a STEM field.
- Technical certification or coursework in electronics or RF technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in building computers or repairing electronics is highly desirable.
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in assembly or similar hand skills
Compensation
Aside from your base salary, which ranges from $21-26/hour, depending on experience, Eravant offers a rich benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, life and disability insurance. There is also a potential bonus at the end of the year.
