Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies. This role requires a blend of outside and inside sales skills, with a focus on B2B sales in the technology sector. The Sales Representative will leverage CRM software to manage customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective territory management and account management strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and upselling additional products or services as appropriate.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to report on progress, share insights, and strategize for future growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales roles; experience in technology sales is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and territory sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies is highly desirable.
