Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
· Identify areas for progress, and establish the progress plan and associated objectives.
· Actively engage in problem-solving missions.
· Organize, plan and conduct test with prototypes.
· Participate in the selection of equipment suppliers and service providers.
· Participate in Equipment implementation (installation, start-up, and technical validation).
· Actively participate in equipment troubleshooting for common and specific breakdowns.
· Maintain technical files for equipment.
· Contribute to the design and updating of monitoring and analysis tools.
· Propose improvements in equipment performance and efficiency.
· Process improvement
· Create user support manuals
· Facilitate technical training
Qualifications & Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2+ years working with machines, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
· Excellent skills in automation, robotics, electrical engineering, mechanics and programming.
· Excellent attention to detail and comprehension of Quality specifications.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues quickly.
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· Must be able to lift 50lbs.
· Able to stand for duration of shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
