Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers find the perfect products while maintaining the store’s operation and atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock inventory to ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, new products, & Smoke shop environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Smoke shop experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to consistently show up on time and fulfill scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems or the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Interest in learning about smoke shop products, including Kratom, Kava, tobacco, and more.
• Ability to handle changing demands, such as restocking during busy periods or assisting in other areas when needed.
