We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing cash flow, and generating reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee shift management to ensure all staff are performing their duties effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a quick service fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong kitchen management skills with a background in culinary practices.
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
