What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricate steel tanks, containers, and structural components using MIG welding
Read blueprints and prep materials for precise, clean welds
Follow shop safety procedures and contribute to a team-first environment
Show up, weld clean, and keep the line moving
Who We’re Looking For
1-2+ years of MIG welding experience (shop or field)
Veterans encouraged to apply-we value discipline, grit, and dependability
Trade school grads with welding certifications welcome
Felony-friendly / reentry candidates considered-bring your skills and work ethic
Reliable transportation and the ability to work 12-hour shifts
Must pass a weld test (flat, overhead, downhill)
