Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Powerwashing parts
- Hanging and unhanging parts
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Participate in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in powerwashing or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with others.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job site.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to work in cold weather conditions.
