Dashi is looking for BOH PM staff! Apply to be a PM line cook and work with a stellar team. Full time evening with weekend availability position.
Line Cooks are responsible for:
- Setting up station and stocking line for a successful service
- Preparing sauces and other prep for your station
- Ensuring that food preparation and storage meets health and safety standards
- Plating each dish to Dashi’s standards and presentation
- Assisting Chefs with additional prep that is needed
We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills and ability to successfully multi-task. Must be a team player that has a passion for great food. Cooking and restaurant kitchen experience is preferred. No need to have specific experience with Japanese cuisine, but must be eager to learn. Welcoming to all and felony friendly employer.
