We are looking for someone who is passionate about the work they do and willing to put in the hours necessary to create value. As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business, executing and managing events, maintaining marketing and customer communications, and exemplifying the values of the business to our staff and customers. While working directly with the founder, you will be an integral part of the growth and development of the business. You will also work closely with our data analyst, advisors, and After Hours service team. Responsibilities:

  • Management of day to day operations
  • Oversee organizational processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality
  • Maintaining business values and quality standards (food and beverage quality, level of hospitality, operational systems, communications)
  • Reviewing and implementing operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Desire to take on challenges and tasks with integrity
  • A hospitality professional who can connect and relate with guests
  • Willingness to do what needs to be done. There is no job or task that is beneath you
  • Prior kitchen/restaurant experience
  • Ability to take direction
  • Timely, organized, and possesses advanced writing and mathematical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
