Office Administrator

Full Time

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! A motivated individual who is looking for a potential life long career change within a rapidly growing company. We are a design and manufacturing company that specializes in the sale of Pre-Manufactured Steel Building Kits. Any experience in “simple design computer software” would be a huge plus, for advancement within the company. We are either looking for two part time candidates, or one full time candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic Secretarial as well as Administration work
  • Help consumers design building using basic computer design software
  • Track packages via FedEx
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform basic errands

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong computer skills with previous experience in Word, Excel, Quick Books, DocuSign, etc.
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
