Membership Advisor with the opportunity to be promoted to a Assistant Membership Director (AMD)
We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed.
Requirements for AMD:
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Motivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing personal and team goals
Passion for health and fitness
Desire to grow management skillset and experience
Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day
Pay Range for Membership Advisor:
Current minimum wage for your club location, plus net commissions, which realistically range from $750 to $1,500 per month. Monthly Bonus opportunities $500-$1,000
Pay Range for Assistant MD Tier 2 $1.50 over the current minimum wage plus net commissions, which realistically range from $1,500-$2,800 per month.
Monthly bonus opportunities –up to $3,000
