We are seeking a dedicated, long-term and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Support the team in daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting preferred but negotiable.
- Knowledge of kitchens, efficiency, and team mentality is a plus.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
