Hello Wilmington. The Bridge Tender is looking for some kitchen help. We can train the right person no matter the experience level. Experienced cooks can obtain a better starting wage. We typically have room for any level of experience in our kitchen. The nightly duties include setting up stations, minor prep, working clean and closing down the kitchen at the end of the night. The kitchen opens at 4:00pm and closes at 9:00pm. We typically get it all wrapped up around 10:30pm although this is dependent on how busy or slow the shift is. We have a great kitchen staff at the BT and we like to work hard and feel pride in our services. Over the many years we have almost found the cheat code for having smooth shifts. We do get busy and it is not always easy but I can assure you your kitchen staff here at the BT will have your back, show you their tricks and help you when you need it.
