The Waterville Valley Resort Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician on behalf of Village Condominiums.
Job Description: Village Condos is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Maintenance work to include:
- Ability to operate lawnmower, tractor and other outdoor landscaping equipment.
- Ability to repair faucets, change light bulbs, and other indoor household repairs.
- Painting indoors & outdoors.
- General upkeep of condos and property.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
