We are a new European Chocolate Café located in Winter Park. This business has been in the family for over 2 decades and we have opened our first location in the States for one year now. We are a rapidly growing the business, which frequently brings in tea parties in the morning and charcuteries parties at night.
We are looking for someone that has experience in cafe or restaurant kitchens. We also are looking for someone who is intermediate or fluent in Spanish, to work collaboratively with our team
Back of house staff are the employees responsible for keeping behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly. Food must be expertly prepared and plated before making its way to the customer’s table.
BOH will aid in bussing when needed. Bussers are responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing or resetting tables. They ensure that the restaurant is well stocked with necessary items such as silverware, plates, napkins, and cups of water glasses. A successful Busser must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
BOH staff are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
The right candidate must be available to work nights on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
