Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Administer benefits and provide guidance on various insurance options available.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including attending networking events and community outreach.
- Manage sales administration tasks, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with benefits administration is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
