Role Overview:
As an Industrial Equipment Operator at our Hillsborough location, you’ll operate and maintain industrial equipment to crush and grind raw materials. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and top-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate equipment and follow established standard process and procedures.
- Monitor and adjust equipment to meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Operate a forklift and handle tasks like bagging and loading trucks.
- Keep daily safety documents and follow all safety principles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong desire to learn and take on responsibilities.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, lift 50 lbs., and work at heights.
