Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems. This role involves overseeing field service operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and field service personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex repairs and installations.
- Manage scheduling of service calls, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
- Train new employees on best practices in HVAC installation, repair, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to air conditioning, refrigeration, heating systems, and other related equipment.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role within the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in the installation and repair of HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in welding and boiler operations is preferred.
- Ability to drive a van or company vehicle for field service operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients.
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling and environmental regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $99,597.00 – $106,539.00 per year
