We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills. As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations within the dining area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support waitstaff by delivering food and beverages, as well as assisting with order accuracy.
- Utilize POS systems to manage reservations and communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding guest orders.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all guests feel valued and attended to.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest relations and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to help guests with their needs efficiently.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s operational needs.

Pay: $17.45 – $18.25 per hour
