We seek a skilled and reliable General Maintenance professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and clean-up tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system checks.
Perform residential painting and other interior and exterior painting tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair issues using hand tools.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with occupants.
Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience.
Some Janitorial or Maintenance experience
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in residential painting and familiarity with electrical schematics.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
