At Mai Kai Kava Lounge, we’re not your average bar. We’re a community-centered, alcohol-free haven where people come together to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural benefits of kava. Mai Kai currently has three locations with more on the way, and we’re looking for 1-2 energetic kavatenders to join our team and help us spread good vibes in Athens!
Kava experience is not needed, we’ll provide all the kava training you need to become a pro.

What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a positive attitude who loves people and conversation.
- Someone reliable and committed to their shifts, especially on weekend nights.
- A team player who can engage customers, upsell drinks, and keep the bar clean and stocked.
- No kavatending experience is needed—just bring your friendly demeanor and strong work ethic!
Responsibilities:
- Serve and engage: Make custom drinks, serve customers, and keep the good vibes flowing.
- Event support: Help out on event nights and make every gathering special.
- Stay active: Stand for 6-hour shifts, stock inventory, and handle light cleaning.
