We have a three-week on-the-job training program to ensure you are set up for success in your new position. By the end of your training, you will have earned 3 certifications to validate your experience as a Machine Operator!

As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Pack products produced uniformly and neatly while keeping up with machine speed.
• Ensure products produced match all specifications contained in the manufacturing order and meet quality standards.
• Report quality issues or unsafe conditions to management.
• Apply correct labels to cartons/boxes as specified on the manufacturing order. Stack all skids neatly and correctly.
• Accurately complete paperwork and enter quantity produced into tablet.
• Clean machines, sweep floors, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Machine Operators MUST be able to meet the physical demands of the job with little to no accommodation. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and/or 25 lbs. regularly during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to stand regularly and walk during an 8-hour shift
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch during an 8-hour shift

Qualifications Standards:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must complete a background check and drug screen.
• Basic math skills.
• Great attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
