Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Interior/Exterior Crew Member to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a background in various construction tasks, including siding and trim carpentry. This role requires a hands-on approach to building projects while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. As a Crew Member, you will work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precise cuts and installations.
- Safely Utilize ladders and lifts as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for construction tasks.
- Perform finishing touches on projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction and/or carpentry.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
