Overview
We are seeking hard working and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in Internal and external Demolition work for possible multi-million dollar projects. Your contributions will ensure that the Demolition job is smoothly and that our customers enjoy their results. Jobs will depend on location, some are very easy and others may require more focus.
Responsibilities
- Be able to work alongside other workers who are not apart of our team
- Wear Proper work attire for safety and or weather
- Be able to lift 50 pounds or more with help of others (team player)
- Follow instructions and perform tasks with a professional attitude
- Taking old furniture, electronics and or other items to where they need to be (ex. Straight to the trash and not stealing even if it’s trash)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. (Walking off the job is an IMMEDIATE termination)
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dry Wall Work (preferred)
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a focused environment
- Familiarity with power tools, non power tools (such as hammer, saw and other tools)
- Basic knowledge of possible substances such as mold in old houses
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Transportion (doesn’t matter how you get there)
