Customer Service Representative Cosmo Bio USA
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cosmo Bio USA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing order processing, product inquiries, and quote generation for our life science products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
· Generate and send detailed product quotes to customers
· Maintain customer records and update account information in QuickBooks
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
· Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and general inquiries
· Document and track all customer interactions and communications
Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of customer service experience
· Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Professional phone manner and email etiquette
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in life science industry
· Background in laboratory or scientific environment
· Knowledge of scientific products and terminology
· Experience with CRM software
