Costume Designer for Lempira

Part Time

The Costumes Designer in charge of designing, fabricating, and delivering all costumes used in the production. This includes delegating tasks to the Costume Stitcher and running weekly volunteer workshops at BROS HQ, as well as attending weekly production meetings (in person or video call.) Costumes include Native Lenca, Spanish Conquistadors, and more. Armor of some kind will be needed for multiple conquistador roles.

$100 Honoraria

Lempira is a massive, mythic tale of good and evil, told with music, puppetry, and theater. Based on true events and Mesoamerican history & mythology, Lempira tells the historic tragedy of the Lenca tribe through Latin-inspired metal and the creative use of language. The show opens May 9th 2025 and closes May 31st 2025.
