Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople in various tasks to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up tools and equipment.
- Carry out tasks such as installing, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the guidance of experienced workers.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects on time.
- Perform cleanup duties at the end of each workday to ensure a tidy job site.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Understanding of safety practices in a construction environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
