Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist

As the sole point of contact many consumers have with our team, a Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in creating advocates for the companies we work with. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in-bound service call center, consistent with service and quality standards.

Please note training will be done in our office for one month before we send you to work from home. You will work from home 3 weeks per month and in office 1 week per month.
