Our Corporate office, located in Audubon, PA, is currently searching for an Assistant Sales Manager due to growth! We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to succeed and grow with us! Strong knowledge of Salesforce software is required.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with and support the Sales Manager
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
- Manage key client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for major accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technology sales and customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Interviews and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
- Provide support to regional account executives for sales and marketing efforts, including coordination of Trade Shows, catering, networking events and sponsorships.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Assisting the Head of Sales in development of contests, blitzes, projects and other activities that help drive the sales process.
- Administration of systems that support the sales process
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM software
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office successful
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
- Contract management, hiring, cross-functional services, or national account selling experience preferred.
