Job Title: Asphalt Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew in asphalt maintenance tasks, including sealcoating, crack sealing, pothole repair, and striping.
- Coordinate daily job site activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Operate and oversee the use of equipment such as sealcoating machines, crack filling machines, and compactors.
- Train and mentor crew members to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor quality control, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members to ensure smooth workflow and job completion.
- Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure proper functionality.
- Track job progress, material usage, and employee hours for reporting and payroll.
- Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to keep projects running efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in asphalt maintenance, paving, or a related construction field.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt repair techniques, sealcoating, crack sealing, and striping.
- Ability to operate and maintain asphalt-related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Nights as needed
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
