See and Be Kitchen is a small, award-winning bakery in the Catskills, known for our handcrafted sourdough breads and croissants. We supply some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and farm stands in the region—and everything we make is shaped by hand, the old-fashioned way.
We’re hiring a full-time team member to help shape sourdough loaves. If you’re ready to learn a skilled trade, work with your hands, and be part of a really fun and slightly quirky team, this could be a great fit—even if you’ve never worked in a bakery before.

- Shape fermented dough into beautiful loaves and buns
- Learn traditional sourdough techniques from experienced bakers

- Schedule is Sun – Thurs 8am-3pm.
