We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a truss production team in Bethel, MN. As a truss assembly worker, you’ll assist in constructing wood roof and floor trusses used in residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for those who enjoy physical work and want to build valuable skills in manufacturing. No experience? No problem — training is provided! This is also a felony-friendly opportunity.
Location: Bethel, MN
Wage:
- 1st Shift: $16/hour
- 2nd Shift: $17/hour
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
- Overtime available!

Duties of the truss assembly worker:
- Assemble trusses using hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints and assembly instructions
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work efficiently in a team production setting
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
Requirements of the truss assembly worker:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
- Wear steel-toe boots
