About Us:
We are not a carpet installation company — in fact, we never install carpet. We are primarily a carpet repair company. Our core services include:
- Fixing damaged carpets (from pet damage, burns, wear and tear, ripples, etc.)
- Re-stretching loose, wrinkled carpet
- Professional carpet cleaning, mostly in residential homes and some multi-housing units
- Rug cleaning division that specializes in professional washing of delicate and handmade textiles including Persian rugs, Oriental rugs, wool rugs, and modern area rugs
You’ll become skilled in all aspects of carpet repair, carpet re-stretching, carpet cleaning, and rug washing — including the tools, chemistry, and systems used to clean everything from synthetic fibers to natural wools and silks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carpet re-stretching and general carpet repairs
- Carpet cleaning using truck-mounted and portable systems
- Seam repairs, patching (permanent section repairs), burn hole repairs
- Stain and odor removal
- Rug pick-up and delivery
- Rug dusting, washing, drying, and finishing
- Videoing work for social media weekly (this is required)
- Working independently most days and occasionally with a team
Training Provided:
We will teach you how to:
- Re-stretch and power-stretch carpet professionally
- Do bonded inserts (aka permanent section repairs)
- Dye carpet and remove deep-set stains
- Clean both synthetic and natural fiber rugs
- Handle delicate textiles with precision and care
- Understand the chemistry of odor removal and fiber-safe cleaning
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable filming short videos of your work for company social media
- Must pass a criminal background checkWe are felony-friendly for non-violent, non-sexual offenses
- Someone with strong work ethic and commitment — not someone who frequently calls out of work

Compensation & Growth:
- Start at $21.00/hr
- After 90 days: $23.00/hr
- After another 90 days: $25.00/hr
- After another 90 days: $27.00/hr
- Further raises beyond $27.00/hr are possible – We are not opposed to increasing hourly pay above $30/hour for the right person
