Job Overview
Join our team in “Doing the Most Good” as an Intake Clerk. This vital role serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking rehabilitation services, ensuring compassionate, efficient, and accurate processing of admission inquiries. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our mission by facilitating access to life-changing programs while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and inclusivity.
Pay Rate: $16 – $18/Hour
Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities
Eligibility Assessment & Intake
- Conduct comprehensive eligibility assessments for program applicants
- Process admission inquiries through referrals, phone calls, and walk-ins
- Complete electronic intake documentation with attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records
Documentation & Communication
- Manage online records database with precision
- Coordinate with external agencies including probation, parole, and courts
- Process reservation applications for 24/7 intake support
- Handle required documentation and information releases
Program Support
- Follow up with applicants referred to detox services
- Assist with intake alcohol and drug testing documentation
- Support statistical data collection
- Handle medication documentation according to policies
- Maintain knowledge of community referral resources
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Personal Christian testimony/experience
- Commitment to Christian principles
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements
