WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone with a “can do” attitude and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment taking on multiple roles. You need to have previous experience working with customers offering them products, keeping in regular contact with them, and managing their needs. You should also have experience working interdepartmentally to help process sales orders of products. Ideal applicants will be natural problem solvers, have a keen eye for details, have an ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ Years working in an office environment and working in an order processing role
- Experience with order entry systems and logistic scheduling
- A high degree of competency with the Microsoft 365 Suite of programs
- Excellent communication skills and experience working across multiple teams.
- 3+ Years of experience in a customer service role. Preferably in a B2B company.
- Experience working with a warehousing / manufacturing / shipping department.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
- Work directly with customers via phone or email. This will include receiving and confirming purchase orders, supplying current pricing and lead times of products, and offering estimated delivery times. It may also involve problem solving and going above and beyond to help the customer when they have issues with an order.
- Working interdepartmentally to get an order from original purchase order to invoice. This may include giving our purchasing team a heads up if order volumes exceed inventory, working with our production team to get estimated delivery dates, partnering with our technical team to make sure all quality standards are met and finished product labeling is correct, coordinating with our shipping team to make sure orders are shipped on time and to the correct location, assisting our accounting team to make sure invoices are sent and paid on time.
- This role will require some filing of processed orders and organization of customer files.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
