LIT Designer for Lempira

Part Time

The LIT Designer will be responsible for all LED light elements and small electronics in costumes, giant puppets, props, and sets. They will work with respective department leads to integrate lights into elements harmoniously. Most lights will have to be programmed to flash or change color on cue. This position includes running weekly volunteer workshops at BROS HQ, as well as attending weekly production meetings (in person or video call.) Also looking for a LIT Assistant.

$100 Honoraria, $75 Honoraria for Assistant

Lempira is a massive, mythic tale of good and evil, told with music, puppetry, and theater. Based on true events and Mesoamerican history & mythology, Lempira tells the historic tragedy of the Lenca tribe through Latin-inspired metal and the creative use of language. The show opens May 9th 2025 and closes May 31st 2025.
