THE ROLE:

In this role, you will prospect and build relationships with community-based referral sources and health plan partners to drive leads and admissions, while achieving revenue and growth objectives. You will conduct organized outreach to engage members, educate them on services, and support them through the eligibility process, ensuring timely access to non-medical caregiving services. By embodying company culture and leveraging commercial insights, you will play a critical role in promoting equitable care for underserved individuals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generate leads and referrals from referral sources and MCO partners through virtual and in-person outreach
  • Prospect and develop new referral source accounts for CalAIM service lines within the designated territory
  • Dedicate 80% of working time to customer-facing outreach, focusing on key targets within the territory
  • Execute the 24 Hour Home Care sales structure consistently, leveraging the Challenger methodology to drive value-based messaging
  • Schedule and conduct weekly meetings, in-services, and educational presentations with new and existing contacts to promote service knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in Salesforce while achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Provide feedback on marketing materials and strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness and target alignment
  • Participate in philanthropy events and internal learning opportunities to support professional growth and company engagement

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals with a strong track record in networking and relationship building
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Coachable and committed to professional growth through feedback and development opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
