Provide overall care, support and ensure safety of the clients
Have at least 1 year of experience
Have/maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Create, establish and maintain a weekly chore list for the clients
Monitor medications
Perform Urinalysis assessments
Perform routine room checks
Develop weekly menus for the house; assist with meal prep; assist with grocery shopping
Coordinate and facilitate client’s social and recreational activities
Provide oversight to home operations and performing duties of home management, documentation & client supervision
Assist with living skills, personal care needs and transportation
Communicating all significant changes and notable incidents to the designated supervisory personnel
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
