In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Sales bonuses will be included in this role so sales skills are a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Great Social Skills!
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- A proactive approach to customer support, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
