About the Role: Join our Great Lakes Regional team as an OTR Driver! We are looking for dedicated drivers, both trainees and experienced, to deliver exceptional service across our routes. Enjoy competitive pay, regular home time, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate vehicles within a 500-mile radius of Chicago, primarily in Central, East, and North Central IL and IN.
Requirements:
- Must reside within specified distance of hiring zip codes.
- Open to both solo drivers; trainees welcome.
Compensation:
- Average Earnings: $1,300 -per week
- Bonus: Monthly performance bonuses available; additional pay for short hauls and stop-offs.
Work Schedule:
- Home time once a week.
- Flexible shifts available (day/night).
- Weekend work is required.
